Springfield's 1st annual Fair was hosted by Secondary Student Businesses. Parents, Teachers, Staff Primary and Secondary Students were Customers. About 10 million rupiah was raised to support the Secondary School Prom.

Springfield's 2nd annual Fair was hosted by Primary & Secondary Student Businesses (Grades 1-12). The project was an even greater success than the first year. Students Donated a sizable portion of profits to charities and were able to finance additional field trips and class parties.
The Student Government and Committees were formalized as in integral part of Fair Development. Student Body + Class - President, Vice President and Treasurer Positions were Established.
